3.8. For this Habeas Corpus petition, the merit of the other case can be stated in a few words that, with the help of other criminals and Policemen, the respondent No-5 could frame a false case against the detenue/ husband of the petitioner,  for offences punishable under Section 67 of Information Technology Act, 2000 r/w Section 6 of Indecent Representation of Women (Prohibition) Act, 1986, u/s 5 & 6 of Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act,1956, and Sections 120 (B), 506 (ii), 366, 306 & 376 I.P.C. with an allegation that the Detenue had been doing exploitation of his students, namely, certain men and women for the purpose of making pornographic photos and videos in various acts of sexual intercourse and thereafter selling them to foreign websites. The said case was registered vide FIR No….. of the PS….., Gujrat. For that offence he was arrested on date… by the respondent no-5, produced before the Magistrate Court and he was remanded (= send on Judicial custody) at the respondent no-3 Jail, where he had been residing awaiting Bail and filing of charge sheet.
