PROLOGUE
I am the Founder, Global Legal Advisor, Chief Software Developer and Consultant of THE SOFTWARE SUITE, a registered legitimate business entity which is a global niche software developer, international technology advisory, forex trading consultancy, FinTech advisory and consultancy, international trade advisory, international business consultancy and among other categories.
I was a practising lawyer in Malaysia until 31 December 2019. I had in my periods of legal practice, practised criminal defense, litigation encompassing banking litigation, civil and corporate litigation, corporate advisory, corporate and general conveyancing, international legal advisory, FinTech, technology law etc. I was a legal officer in the Prosecution and Litigation Division of the Legal Department in the Employees Provident Board of Malaysia, a statutory body under existing Malaysian laws from December 2002 to May 2003 and had also engaged in field investigations and jointly-conducted criminal prosecutions with senior prosecuting officer Nadarajan in court leading to convictions and imprisonment. I was also a sales manager of Citigroup Sales and Outsourcing Sdn Bhd from January 2003 to March 2003, leading branch sales of retail banking products offered by its sister company, Citibank. I’ve been researching on 9/11 and its Malaysian Connection for umpteen years now and have written and published on the Malaysian Scorpene Submarine Grand Corruption Scandal and Gruesome Murder of Altantuya etc.
On September 12, 2001 I was a trainee lawyer under Feisal Sheikh Hussein the managing partner of the Kuala Lumpur based law firm, Nordin Torji & Yussof Ahmad, a place I had honed my research skills. The whole law firm was shocked and I became intrigued by the blatant nefarious acts of terrorism. I had already studied the prevention and punishment of terrorism in my final year law degree course for the subject of Public International Law and that included conventions and treaties working towards the elimination of weapons of mass destruction (WMDs). When I was a litigation and corporate advisory lawyer in Shatar, Tan & Chee of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia under Chee Yok Yung, I had honed my research skills further. But the investigative and criminal prosecutorial skills I had obtained when employed as a legal officer in the prosecution and litigation division under the legal department in the Employees Fund Board of Malaysia (EPF), a statutory body under Malaysian laws and one of the world largest pension funds is of much use. I used to remark to my clerk back then, Aziz in the presence of another clerk, Hairi and even my college and varsity friends such as Steven Ho Kiew Keong, Keshminder Singh (Kash) and Karamjit Singh (Karam) among others that I was researching on the 9/11 tragedy.
Senior Commissioner of Police Mokhtar Shariff a retired police chief, was Steven’s, Kash’s, Karam’s and my law courses classmate. The Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia Al-Qaeda/Al-Qaida Summit/Meeting was held in January 2000. If I’m not mistaken, Mokhtar was the Kuala Lumpur Police Contingent’s Criminal Investigations police chief in the year 2000 A.D. And police officers under his jurisdiction didn’t manage or couldn’t even manage to arrest the 2000 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia AQ Summit/Meeting participants. That’s the magnitude of the cells we have Malaysia. Someone, some organization, some network, had/have the resources and secured intelligence to bring them to Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia right under Mokhtar’s nose and pull 9/11 off! Figure that out!
The same Mokhtar had told me not to study the Malaysian Police Act for our Malaysian Bar exams as I wasn’t a policeman, never going to become a policeman and it wasn’t in the exams syllabus.
What made me ponder was that Malaysia’s foremost and globally renowned investigative journalist/reporter, R. Nadeswaran, an Advanced Diploma in Law classmate of mine, didn’t even manage to delve into the 2000 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia AQ Summit/Meeting. Thus, I had to do my indepth research, investigation and write on the 9/11 Pentagon Terrorist Attack tragedy as I had already done with the globally infamous Malaysian Scorpene Submarine Grand Corruption Scandal and Gruesome Murder of Altantuya.
As I was researching on both the 9/11 Pentagon Terrorist Attack and its Malaysian Connection and the Malaysian Scorpene Submarine Grand Corruprion Scandal, in 2010, my credentials and documents in my light green folder and its contents and light blue legal professional diary and its contents and other properties etc. were deliberately stolen from a bookshelf in the ground floor of my parents double-storey home. Even my sandals/slippers were stolen in a cybercafe and mosque compound. My emails and other electronic devices have been hacked. I’ve lodged numerous police reports etc. and even lodged formal complaints with the former Attorney-General of Malaysia, Tommy Thomas. Till date, 14 September 2020, no prosecutorial action has been taken against the criminal offenders, abettors and conspirators of the crimes committed upon myself.
Despite those crimes and the continuous pain, suffering and predicament I have been enduring, I continued to resume active legal practise which was kept in abeyance due to the deliberate thefts in 2010 of my academic and professional credentials etc.
I had served on Committees of the Malaysian Bar Council such as the Constitutional Law Committee from 2018/2020 and the now separated Small Firm Practice and Future of Law Committee from 2017/2020 and the Kuala Lumpur Bar Committee’s Pupils Committee in 2019/2020.
The aim of this book is to assist in providing the fullest possible account of the events surrounding the 9/11 Pentagon terrorist attack, AA Flight 77 hijacking and the 2000 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia AQ Summit/Meeting, Nawaf Hazmi and Khalid Mihdhar’s involvement and the Malaysian Connection and for the benefit of my readers and 9/11 Families & Survivors United for Justice Against Terrorism and I have included The Software Suite’s fax and email for any correspondence.
This book is credited and dedicated to my parents, siblings, above-named friends, family members and friends and relatives, readers, fans, clientele and all others who have been supportive of my endeavors. This book is further dedicated to the brave, bold, bright and beautiful women who continuously make our lives peaceful, secure, free and harmonious etc.
Prior to graduating with a law degree from the University of Wolverhampton, England in 1998 and for that final year LLB, I had to study among others the prevention and punishment of terrorism and the conventions and treaties working towards the elimination of weapons of mass destruction (WMDs) for the subject of Public International Law, I was a freshman at the University of Oklahoma, Norman in Spring 1992. The zephyrs of Spring gently whisked the freshening sensation. Enamored by the serenely amiable, peacefully melodious and harmonious voices and the sweet scents of sororities and years, actually decades later - emboldened by the exploits of Tracy Walder, a sorority woman who had taken down notorious global terrorists.
