Click Discover New Keywords. You wil be taken to a page like below. There are two options that you can use, namely Start with Keyword and Start with Website.
Start with Keywords: enter a product or service that matches what you want to advertise. Can be one or more, separated by using a comma. Don't forget to set the language and location at the bottom.
Start with Website: enter your web address, chose option Use the Entire Site atau choose specific page of your product/ service.

b. How to Read and Select Relevant Keywords You can find keywords that match the other services you offer on the left. For the study, I wil enter the keywords "dental implant" and
"tooth implant."
You'l see the monthly search average next to it, the competition (low, medium, high), and the estimated bidding costs for the top and bottom pages.
To broaden your keyword search, please add other keywords that may be relevant from the Google Ads suggestions at the top.
Check the keywords that have low-medium competition, and have lots of monthly searches. Look to the next page until you find 8-12
relevant keywords.

c. Add Keywords to a New Ad Group
If you have found the right keywords, now we wil put them into a new Adgroup. Click Plan at the top, change it to Existing Campaign. Select the appropriate campaign.
Then click Select an Adgroup next to it, and click Create New Adgroup. Name it according to your service. In this case I changed the name to Dental Implant.
Choose an appropriate keyword match, Broad match, Phrase Match, or Exact Match. See again the explanation above. After that click Add Keywords. Then Confirm.

Now you have two Adgroups in the Campaign. But remember, newly created campaigns don't have ads yet. Click the newly created Adgroup, and pay attention to the tabs on the left. You can create an ad by clicking the Ads & Extension tab. Then click Ads.
