Have a credit card

Credit Card is used to top up your Google Ads account balance. In addition to credit cards, you can also make payments via direct bank transfer. In some countries there are even other payment methods available. We wil discuss this further.

Have a dekstop/ laptop

How To Create Google Ads Account

To create ads on the Google search engine, you need a Google account. This account wil be used to create an account on Google Ads.

If you don't have a Googlel account yet, please create one here. If you already have one, you can immediately create an Ad Account in

Google Ads. You wil be taken to the Google Ads page, please find and click the Get Start button.

If your Google Ads account has been successful y created, you wil see your account number and email address in the top right corner.

Google Ads wil ask you to fil out a form to create an ad. But for learning purposes, you should ignore it and click " Switch to Expert Mode" at the bottom. (See image below) 13

Understanding The Google Ads Workspace The fol owing is a screenshot of the page that appears after you click the previous button. This is the workspace in your Google Ads account.

At the top left there is a place to find out which workspace you are in (Campaign, Group, Ads). Below that, there's a place to filter what you want to show in the middle area (content).

On the left there are several Tab buttons that you can choose to do your ad settings. While in the middle is a place to create, edit, view ad data, etc.

Now you wil create ads for your business. Please click Create Campaign.
