This is an updated version of Kevin Slater‟s first book “Facing the future.” I have had the pleasure of reading this new book and it will have you thinking how any parent can do this and make their children‟s childhood unhappy.

Kevin was offered a “Book to Film” contract in U.S.A for “Facing the future”
but decided not to sign because he wanted to keep his true story in Liverpool his home town.
