2 CURIOUS INTROVERSION
The Swiss psychiatrist Carl Gustav Jung introduced the terms, Introversion and Extroversion. These terms help us to identify our psychological preferences about where we direct our attention and how we derive our energy. Introverts derive their energy from cognition of concepts, pictures, memories, and reactions within their inner world; they also prefer doing things alone or with just one or two other people and they need lots of time to reflect on their thoughts and feelings. Extroverts, on the other hand, get their energy from active sensory relationship with the outer world of people, events and activities; so, they derive energy from the buzz and excitement of multiple activities, enabling them to express themselves and relate with different people.
