Just drive.
Radio off (naturally). Quietly
be with yourself.
Just let your thoughts rise and fall naturally.
Do not avoid them,
Do not seek them,
Just let them be.
After a while,
Maybe one hour, maybe two, You
will feel a shift,
You relax, open and become deeply at ease.
