Suffering, attachments and misidentification:

Buddha said that everybody suffers.

Do you suffer?

If there is a moment that you are not filled
w
ith the deepest inner peace and bliss,
t
hen you do suffer.

Buddha taught that suffering has a cause;

The cause of suffering is attachment.
t

Ramana Maharshi taught that attachments are from
misidentifications.

A misidentification is when you place your identity
o
n something that it is not.

Notice now that everything changes,

yet your sense of being is constant.

A misidentification is when you identify with the changing, Instead of
the constant.

Read, reflect, and deeply meditate on this.
