The space between your thoughts

Turn off the radio.
Notice that you exist.

Who am I?

As you have been practicing these exercises,

you may have noticed that your mind has become quieter.

At first there is a rush a thoughts.
Then we can see one single thought.

Then we can see the space between thoughts.
If you do not see any slowing of thoughts
s
tart again at the beginning.

Now we continue to quiet the mind further.

Inquire, Who am I?
Hold to the question.

Hold to the sense of “I”.

If a thought rises, catch
it mid-thought.

Ask, “For whom is this thought?”
(It is for “I”)

Who am I?
