Atop the summit of a snow topped mountain stands a solitary hermit who stands as a beacon to all who would travel upwards towards the high mountain top of spiritual understanding. In his left hand he holds a wooden staff, his wand of Will, symbolizing his mastery of self and his dedication to the Holy Truth that his life enshrines while in his right hand he holds a lantern in which blazes a six pointed star – the symbol of wisdom and the Divine light of truth. He sports a bushy white beard and is dressed in a long gray robe whose cowl covers the top of his head and protects this Wisdom from pollution by the profane and insincere who would attempt to use it for their own personal gain. The Hermit invokes an atmosphere of meditation and of inner examination leading to understanding through higher awareness and to the knowledge of truth through the detached contemplation of experience.

The shape within the seed grows in the soil of the Earth sign of Virgo - the inner vision that leads to spiritual illumination.
