In the previous chapter I talked about removing or setting boundaries with the noise. Unless we replace it with something, that noise will always find its way back into our heads. This is why we replace them with the six Key Motivators. The six key motivators is a list of actions that we many times seem to neglect but are crucial for the health of the body and mind. Why, if they are so crucial, are they neglected? I think we know the benefits of each Key Motivator, however I don’t think often we place them in the correct order of importance in our life. Just like I became aware of the messages I was receiving that created the noise in my head, it became aware to me over the course of my life experiences that all six Key Motivators tremendously helped me block out that noise and create a more focused and clear mind. This is exactly what I want to help you with.
