Chapter 5.

(Newman Waynwright, Doctor of Cardiology, age 49)

Johan:

Good evening sir, and what questions might you have?

Newman:

I’m a cardiologist and I work at the hospital over in Rotterdam. I’ve recently been looking into this new age stuff concerning the ‘Body, Mind, and Spirit’ connection. So, from that point of view, what can you please tell me about heart disease?

Johan:

Well sir, I know very little about heart problems, but Zelda, my spirit guide may have something for you.

Yes, she says heart disease stems from a hardening of the heart. A heartening of the hearts ability to love the being in which it is encased. The inability to love the body and spirit that are operating the body. The inability to express love. In all forms this is the blockage or restriction, perceived or actual, to the energetic resonance of love. Often this is present where a person believes they are not worthy of such a feeling, given or received.

Your physical treatments for this still weaken this physical system. They do not provide long-term improvement. You can improve this by embracing the very act and emotion which the absence of has caused this ailment. Love yourself, love others. See your value and worth and allow others to shower this upon you. Do not seek it, do not allow your existence to revolve around it, but allow this energy to flow.

Another aspect is anger, spent and stored anger. Firmly grabbing the reigns of life without allowing the mind to see existence without excessive control. The ego demands this control. Control over surroundings is not optimum, and understanding and critical evaluation of surroundings is important. Mastering your environment and the things and people within them, as though you were some overlord, is not what "mastery" or the understanding of a "Master" entails.

Do not allow yourself to develop a hardened view of the world. If some action or situation has created a view of the world that you cannot release, you must examine what it is that causes this fear or hate to be so absolute within you. You are not looking to completely remove this all at once in a single moment, though it is possible, your understanding can be shifted only a fraction at a time - a tiny chip from a chisel on the boulder is progress. You are not running a race against anyone nor is it necessary to rush progress just, so you can be done.  Patience, love, and understanding is what is called for.

Newman:

That is very fascinating, I shall look deeper into this. It never occurred to me that something besides physical medicine can have an affect upon the human body. Thank you very much Mr. Smit for seeing me.

Johan:

Come by any time, I’ll be here.
