Project Monitor and Control
The project monitor and control is the fourth phase in any project life cycle but it has different nature which is other phases starts at a point and ends at another point in the project but this phase will start once the project initiation phase starts and ends with the project closing phase ends, because the main target of it is monitoring the activities happening and controlling it to go back to the right track if any deviation.
The maximum effort of this phase is during the execution phase where most of the work is being done.
