The formulas and the math we discussed in the previous section will provide you an idea on what requires your attention and tweaking to increase your income from the system you setup.
Also the tools (traffic tracking tools and others) we briefly discussed about, will provide you an insight on what is working and what requires your attention and modification to improve the conversion which in turns will increase sales. Once you have optimized your system, you can add traffic from more sources and scale up your earnings.
Let’s apply what we learnt in the previous section and understand how we can use the formulas to grow your income from the system you have setup.
Let’s assume that you have optimized your system (funnel) to 3% CTR and yielding 1% conversion, which yields you $3000 in revenue on $1000 spending on the banner traffic. The numbers show that funnel is working well; it is making $2000 in profit for every $1000 spends on traffic.
It is very clear that if you double your traffic, which means if you buy banner ad of $2000, you can yield a profit of $4000. That’s one way of increasing your income from the same traffic source but increasing the amount of traffic we purchased.
Another method would be to add more traffic source such as Facebook or Solo Ads to scale up traffic to your funnel which will grow your income.
