Top List of Survey Panels That Pays Money!
The following list of free to join, top paid survey panels I present here are handpicked by me. I've failed at many others, especially with time being wasted but these are my best performing panels so far. Hopefully this list will grow and more possibilities for income could come from it. I will discuss the pros and cons of each, so you can be aware of this beforehand in helping you make your ultimate decision.

Quick Rewards has to be one of the best paid panels online. The main reason I list this one at no. 1 is because it has no payment threshold, which means in this case you can redeem for a cash out at anytime. You may also choose to redeem for gift cards as well. This site isn't just a survey panel, but it also offers other ways to get paid. It's considered a "GPT" or "Get Paid To" site that pays you to take surveys, watch videos, click on ads, shopping, games, emails, perform micro jobs and etc. While GPT sites do offer other ways to make money, taking surveys will almost always pay you a lot more than the other things.
Quick Rewards will send you up to 20-25 surveys a day for about $.60-$1.00 a piece. From my experience, I usually qualify for about 5-6 of them daily with a total payment of between $3-6 a day. You can make around $140-150 a month just on this site alone if you do around 5-6 surveys a day. The average duration on each survey is around 15-20 minutes, so this would only amount to about 1.5 to 2 hours daily.
Quick Rewards also has one of the best referral programs which you can earn even more money on autopilot. You can earn up to 5% of what your referrals make "every time" they complete a survey or anything else on the site. This can add up to hundreds or even thousands of dollars monthly by itself, if you can manage to sign up a lot of people. And of course, you may too redeem this money daily and cash it out to your Paypal within 72 hours. Sweet isn't it?
Lastly, in any given month, you must NOT allow your account to become inactive. They call it a "monthly database clearing" or a maintenance routine, performed by deleting inactive members to free up it's system. If this happens to you, just know that they will not only delete your account, but both the earnings and referrals you've occurred will be gone too. So please be mindful of this, especially if you have a nice sum of money laying around in there!

2. Opinion Outpost

Opinion Outpost comes in 2nd place for me as being one of the best paid survey panels online. The site uses a point system, which is equivalent to dollars when you redeem them for a Paypal transaction, and they don't expire when your account becomes inactive. For example, 100 points is the equivalent of $10 and 200 points is $20 etc. They also feature both a higher payment per survey and a low payment threshold, which is one of the fastest ways to redeem for cash.
You only need 100 points or $10 to redeem for Paypal. It usually takes me about 5 days to cash out from this site as the points per survey averages around 15-35 points a piece. This is the equivalent of $1.50-3.50 a survey, so you see that it doesn't take too long to redeem your points for a Paypal cash out. I usually qualify for about 1-2 surveys a day, which is around $3 everyday. This makes me at least $50 a month from Opinion Outpost alone.
Opinion Outpost has a very fast payment processing which pays you instantly when you redeem for a cash out. Immediately after redeeming, you'll get an email stating your payment is now in your Paypal account. The other thing I like is that you can always go on the site and take surveys, versus having to wait for an email invitation. I'm sure you'll find this survey panel a promising and easy way to add funds to your bank account each month!
Lastly, there's a referral program that pays you a $1 every time a person you refer, takes a survey. They will pay you a max. of $5 per referral!

3. MySurvey

For many years, MySurvey has been one of the best and trusted paid survey panels online. Actually they were the very first panel I signed onto when I began taking surveys. The site has many great qualities of how you'll take surveys and a huge rewards section to choose from, when you're ready to redeem. They also use a point system, which you may redeem into Paypal cash payments and other rewards.
MySurvey features a low payment threshold, which you must have at least 1100 points to redeem for a Paypal payment, or $10. A 1,100 points may sound huge but an average survey rewards you 150 points, so it won't take you too long to redeem this for $10. They're also very generous in providing you with a huge supply of surveys to take with a low disqualification rate. Each survey averages 15-30 minutes and I usually take a one every two days, which comes to around $40-$50 a month.
MySurvey also features a mobile app for both iPhone and Android, or any tablet to take surveys on the go. This is cool since you can make money just about anywhere you want in your free time. MySurvey is one the few panels to include, "cam survey" which they would use your eyes and facial detection to get physical responses from survey questions, using a web cam. I've never tried it yet and I'm not sure if I want to be seen by anyone I don't personally know keeping video data on me. Sorry...
Payment processing is not instant but you will receive it into your Paypal within 2-3 days after redeeming. The panel is only open to U.S. citizens and teens can also join at age 16, but need consent from parents or legal guardian. If you become inactive after signing up, they will send you emails reminding you about your account inactivity. If you don't respond within 2 weeks, they will deactivate your account and all points remaining will be forfeited.
Finally, you can earn 150 points every time you refer your friends or anyone with an email address to sign up. This 150 points would be the equivalent of $1.40 or so, but it could be an extra boost to your current points at anytime!

Inbox Dollars is a "get paid to" survey panel, which features many other different ways to earn money. I love these types of sites because your income can always grow, with or without you even participating in the process. As soon as you sign up and confirm your account through email, you'll automatically receive a generous $5! You can make money with just about everything here, including: surveys, opening emails, shopping, watching videos, paid offers, cash tasks, radio, toolbar, games, sweepstakes and many more!
Inbox Dollars allows anyone from around the world to sign up and make money, as it is an international paid survey panel. I believe members outside of the U.S. receive a check instead and you have to be at least 18 years old to join. The site also includes a mobile app for both iPhone & Android, so you can make money on the go anywhere at anytime. If you're a mom, dad or anyone who needs the extra money every month, this is a go to for anyone around the world!
Payment threshold is $30 and your options will be either a Visa cash card or check. The convenience of having the Visa card is that, it can be reloaded with cash every time you reach the threshold. I find that the surveys are a bit longer for the payment, which averages around 25-30 minutes per survey. You will receive about $.75 a survey and the screen out rate isn't that bad either. I've made money from other things on here to boost my way up, so surveys are just one of the few.
Inbox Dollars will place you in their Gold Membership, after reaching the threshold payment of $30. This membership has exclusive privileges such as, receiving faster payments, more referral rewards, double sweepstakes entries, double search loyalty rewards and exclusive monthly offers. Requests to redeem Cash and send payments are processed on the first Wednesday that occurs at least 8 days after the payment was requested. This means payment requests will be processed between 10 and 16 days after request.
Inbox Dollars also has a neat referral program where you can earn 10% of what your referrals earn. This can give you even more income in a passive way, in addition to the money you'll receive on the site. There's so many other things to be mentioned, but all you have to do is go see for yourself how awesome of a site it is!

Crowdology is an email invitation only panel, which sends you a survey every 2-3 days. Payments per survey ranges between $.40-10.00+ a piece and they also have a low payment threshold at $8. When you cash out to Paypal, the money will be in your account within 48 hours. I recently joined the site and within a few weeks I've already cashed out twice.
The panel's main dashboard has a very simple design which is straight to the point, with no other fancy rewards to earn. Their surveys have a very low screen out rate, which you will enjoy compared to other email only invitations. I have to say that their surveys seem a bit more relevant to me and I actually don't mind taking them. On average you would make around $30-40 a month, so its rather minimum but one of the easiest ways to earn it.

Get-Paid is another amazing "GPT" panel, filled with a huge list of ways to earn money and does an awesome job in keeping you involved to earn it. I just recently signed up and already like what I see. Like most paid panels that pay in points or dollars, this panel pays you in coins which you can redeem for cash and many other rewards. You'll instantly earn coins as a bonus after signing up and the earliest you can cash out is at $.50. Less than a week after joining, I've cashed out to Paypal at a $1.20, so this site has to be one of the best at not keeping you waiting to get your money!
Get-Paid gives you multiple choices to receive your funds through: PayPal, Payza, Web Money and Perfect Money. They also feature a level system, which can earn you many perks when you advance through the site. This includes experience points (XP), receiving higher earnings, unlocking certain features, receiving faster payments etc. The amount of coins per surveys averages 300-500 and it is carefully reviewed by them for consistency. After redeeming your earned coins for cash, it only takes between 1-2 days to receive it in your account.
They also feature a 2nd tier referral program, where you can earn 30% from both direct referrals and their referrals. This alone is worth gold for you, since you will also earn this for as long as the referral is an active member(s). There's a monthly contest which involves the top 10 users who earns the most will receive a prize of $50. Get-Paid is an international panel, so anyone around the world can sign up.
You have to be at least 16 years old to join. I definitely recommend this site to anyone who wants to earn extra money and have fun doing it!

Vindale Research is one of the oldest and trusted paid online survey panels around. They are considered a leader in market research and really does a great job offering a higher payment per surveys. After you have joined and reached the main page, you'll love how they provide you with a long profitable list of surveys with its payments and time limit next to it. This makes it easier to manually choose beforehand which pays you the most, and if its too long or short in time duration. In addition to this, they also send email invites.
Vindale pays on average anywhere from $.40-$45 a survey. Making $45 isn't the norm but it can be earned through participating in trial studies. I earn on average $1.50-$3 a survey and takes me around 15-25 minutes each time to complete. The cash out threshold is set at $50, which is a bit higher than most paid panels and they process payments on the 15th and 30th of the month. Payments are done with Paypal, which takes a few days and paper checks which can take up to 2 weeks.
Vindale may have a higher cash out threshold, but I assure you that you can reach this before the month has ended. I'd recently signed up and in a little over 2 weeks have already made $23. Countries that are accepted includes: United States, United Kingdom, Canada and Australia and the age limit is 18 years old. They also have a great affiliate program which credits you $5 for every referral you send, who completes at least one survey.

Rewards-Spot is another nice GPT site, I recently signed onto. Like any other "Get Paid To" site, Rewards-Spot has a more extensive list of ways to earn money from their panel. After signing up and clicking the earn tab on the main page, you will find up to 14 different ways to make money. So far, I've only tried the surveys, but eager to play around with the others very soon.
Two of the main reasons I joined, was because of it's very low cash out of only $2 and the diverse ways to make money. The time to take surveys are just like other panels and so as the payments per survey. They use a point system to reward you and each point represents $.01. You need 200 points to redeem a Paypal payment of $2.00. On average, every survey or any other offer you complete will be 30-100 points or $.30-$1 a piece.
Payments are issued in Paypal, paper checks and gift cards. For Paypal payments, the first 5 cash outs are sent manually. Afterwards, you may receive the money instantly into your Paypal account within seconds to minutes. Paper checks are sent out every weekend but depending on where you live, it can vary in time to receive it. Gift cards are available for Amazon, Walmart, Target and Ebay. Amazon and Ebay gift cards in different amounts are available by using your points, which you can convert cash into points, for cashing out gift cards as well.
Rewards-Spot has a chatbox feature which offers members help 24/7, in asking questions to the admin and moderators. You need to be at least 18 years old and a resident of the U.S. to be a member here. Rewards-Spots also has a great referral program, which pays you 5% of whatever the referral earns. You can also send out email invites to your friends or family, to earn commissions whenever they complete offers. As always, you may sign on as many people as you want, so you can greatly increase your earnings.

Toluna is a 2 million membership, worldwide online paid panel that has offices in Dallas, TX and Paris, France. I recently joined and now receive a ton of fresh surveys daily. You receive points for taking each survey and when you reach 60,000 points or $20, you may redeem for a Paypal cash out. A survey on average rewards you around 1,500-7,000 points at 15-25 minutes each.
The chance of qualifying for each survey is a bit lower, but the points are high enough to make up for it. The payment threshold is a bit higher for this one, so you may not make over $50 in a month. Toluna features a test product section, where you may sign up to test a product in exchange for feedback. Once you've signed up, you will be added to a randomized list and if selected, you will receive the product in the mail.
Toluna is unique in other ways too, as it contains a mini social media system built inside it. You will find people there creating topics for other members to chime in on, including adding videos and photos. The panel includes mobile apps for both iPhone and Android devices, so you may take surveys on the go. They also have this thing called "gifties" where you can redeem points for virtual gifts to become real, and email them to whoever.
Toluna has more ways to pay you with checks, bank transfers and Paypal. A check will take them up to 8 weeks for delivery, so if you don't want to wait that long, get yourself a Paypal or bank account. However, having more than one way to get paid is always a great thing, since you never know what issues may come up later. They also feature an extensive rewards center to redeem for many other prizes and credits you with 500 points, for every person you send after they complete their registration.

Clixsense is one of the oldest and largest international advertisement sites online. With 4 million members and operating for 14 years to date, they're known for both being an advertisement for webmasters and "GPT" site for publishers. I signed up not long ago and its pretty huge getting around to see the many things they have to offer. I will try to be brief here about the features but this is an awesome money maker. They have everything a "gpt" site has including, 7 different offers, paid surveys, paid website visits, paid to click, paid tasks, games, paid listening to radio and more!
