ABOUT THE AUTHOR

David Vasilijevic launched his first business at eighteen in 1996, and has been running his own businesses ever since—except for four years during which he was an employee working in direct marketing and sales.

His expertise lies in Mergers and Acquisitions, where he worked for over a decade helping people grow and sell their companies … while also buying, growing and selling businesses for himself. This combined owner and advisor experience gave him the dual discernment required to figure out the way to grow almost any company while understanding business owners’ concerns, especially regarding their time management.

The way he became well-known in his field is when, as an investment banker, David started to help his clients to increase the value of their businesses before the sale. Shortly thereafter, he realized that thanks to the teaching he was giving his clients for free, about half of them didn’t want to sell their businesses anymore: by applying what they learned, they experienced a tremendous growth that they didn’t want to give up! They acquired a new vision and saw yet again plenty of opportunities.

That’s how David became a consultant and a coach for “small” business owners (with up to 1,500 employees in some cases, as per the SBA), in parallel with running his own companies. By combining theory and practice, he keeps his teaching 100% up to date.
