Mike Speck has significant experience in Operations, Training, HR, Business Acquisitions and Senior Level Leadership, in both corporate and franchise national high growth casual dining and fast casual service restaurant companies.

Currently Mike is the Chief Executive Officer and a partner at Fusian, and also a board member at Asian Box, where he previously served as CEO. Mike also served as COO of the iconic New York City brand The Halal Guys, was part of the senior leadership team at Qdoba Mexican Grill, held a senior position for the startup franchise of CiCi’s Pizza in Denver Colorado, was Vice President of HR/Training for Red Robin International, and Vice President for Mayfair Partners LP, an important East Coast franchisee of Boston Market and Einstein Brothers Bagels.

Mike is also a professional mentor at the University of Colorado Leeds School of Business and a past chairman of the National Restaurant Association HR Executive Group. He is a Spirit Award winner for People Practices and a recipient of the Motivator of the Year award from the Elliot Leadership Conference.
