My name is River the cat

I’m here to share a poem

I rule the ocean so

Call me Captain River

I’m the vegan one

To my vegetarian friends

You rule

I’m the vegan leader

I’m the captain of this ship If I’m the hero of the lake then Call me Captain River

I’m here to navigate the outdoors

The cat, me, who is the ultimate leader I’m the leader of the river

So call me Captain River

Outer Space

I’m visiting outer space

Get out of my way

I mean it or you pay

Rocket ship, take me out of here I think that I have spent enough time with these cold people

Traveling to outer space is my great escape Space science has taught me lots of things I’m the science teacher now

and this is my classroom

My success is as bright as the sun I’m the leader of the universe

Benny’s Introduction

Benny the cat is a hero. He rescues those who are in danger and those who simply need assistance. He is a smart, short-tempered, alert, and brave cat. He is a gray tabby cat with green eyes. He is medium-sized.

Benny resides in the city of Locktown. Benny resides in a small apartment by himself.

Benny is a superhero during the day and a part-time math tutor during the evening hours.

He wears a teal bow tie when he isn’t wearing his superhero bow tie. Benny used to wear a superhero cape, but now his outfit is upgraded to a navy-colored bow tie.

When he wears his superhero bow tie, he gains superhero powers!

The Flooding Rescue Benny gets a help call, and he picks up the phone.

Benny: Hello? Benny speaking!

Twiggy: Benny! I’m Twiggy. My apartment is having a minor leak coming from the living room ceiling! Please, come help?

Twiggy is a brown tabby cat with green eyes. She has long fur. She wears a light green collar.

Benny: Okay!

Benny puts on his superhero bow tie and flies to her dwelling.

Benny: Off I go!

Benny is near Twiggy’s location, but he had no idea that his cousin, Cheddar, followed him there! He wants to be a superhero like his cousin, Benny! Cheddar is wearing a yellow superhero cape. However, Cheddar doesn’t have superpowers like Benny does.

Cheddar, the cat, is Benny’s cousin. He is a chubby, orange-tabby cat with green eyes. He loves to eat. He wears a yellow bow tie. He looks up to his older cousin, Benny. Cheddar is nice, kind, funny, silly, and loyal.

Cheddar: What up, buddy?!

Benny screamed. He was shocked.

Benny: What are you doing here, Cheddar?! I’m on a mission.

Cheddar: Well, I want to join in on the superhero fun!

Please?

Cheddar had a begging look with an innocent stare.

Benny sighed.

Benny: Fine!

So, Benny and Cheddar knock on Twiggy’s door to assist.

Twiggy opened the door.

Twiggy: Hello, Benny!

Twiggy stared at Cheddar. Cheddar had a big smile on his face.

Twiggy: Who are you?

Cheddar: I’m Cheddar! Benny’s cousin!

Twiggy: That’s neat!

As Benny and Cheddar entered Twiggy’s apartment, they noticed the water leak dropping from the ceiling. Twiggy lives in a basement apartment.

Cheddar: Wow! It’s like a mini rain, but indoors!

Benny sighed and palmed his face.

Benny: It doesn’t look so bad, but it might get worse!

Don’t worry, Miss. Twiggy! I got this!

Twiggy smiled. Benny gets a ladder, some tools, and ideas on which superhero powers to use.

Benny was trying to fix the ceiling, but it was a difficult task to do as the leak was getting worse. Benny grunted.

He wanted to take a break.

Benny: What kind of place is this? I see no balcony here for oxygen!

Cheddar: Relax, Benny! Just do your superhero duties.

Cheddar laughed. He is now eating some graham crackers. Benny stared at him confusedly.

Twiggy: Duh! It’s a basement apartment! What’d you expect?

Cheddar: It’s dark in here, like a cave! I want the sun!

Where’s the sun?!

Suddenly, the crew heard a loud noise coming from the bathroom!

Benny: What was that noise?

The three quickly ran to the bathroom. The color of the bathroom is mostly light green. Twiggy opened the door and could not believe what she saw!

Cheddar: Oh no! The tub is overflowing with dirty water!

Twiggy: Looks like the pipes have backed up!

Benny: This problem just got more terrifying.

The bathroom ceiling began to leak! Not a small leak, but a heavy one!

Benny: Oh, no! What are we going to do?! I don’t have any ideas!

Cheddar: Wow! Now Twiggy’s apartment is turning into a hurricane!

Twiggy cried.

Benny: Everyone, quickly! Get on top of the refrigerator!

So, Benny, Cheddar, and Twiggy got on top of the refrigerator to keep safe.

Twiggy: I forgot to mention, I don’t know how to swim.

Cheddar: Same here, friend, same here.

Benny: Everything will be fine. We’ll get to the bottom of this severe issue.

Twiggy breathed a sigh of relief.

As the flood rises, Benny gets anxious. Benny screamed.

Benny: The flood is getting worse! We are going to drown!

The apartment was flooding rapidly.

Twiggy screamed and cried. Cheddar also screamed.

Cheddar: To keep calm, I eat.

Cheddar pulled out some potato chips.

Benny: What? How can you say that at a time like this?

Twiggy: I would like some chips.

Twiggy saw some wastewater floating by.

Twiggy: You know what? I have lost my appetite.

Benny: I can’t take it much longer! I have a plan, and it involves super speed and vacuuming!

Cheddar: Aw, great! Who’s going to do the vacuuming?

Both Benny and Twiggy smiled at Cheddar. Cheddar nervously chuckled!

So, Benny uses his flying powers and superspeed to unclog whatever’s blocking the pipes. Turns out that the pipes are very old and not well maintained. He replaces

them with new pipes in less than two minutes. The flooding stops; however, Twiggy’s dwelling is damaged.

Benny can breathe underwater because of his superpowers. So, Cheddar and Twiggy must stay on top of the fridge until the unit is dry.

Benny: Hey! I fixed the pipes!

Twiggy: Thank you, Benny!

Cheddar cheered.

Benny: Now all we have to do is suck all the water out of this place.

So, Cheddar vacuumed Twiggy’s unit until it was flood-free. The ceilings are damaged, and the unit was starting to smell bad.

Benny: There! Rescue mission completed!

Cheddar: I deserve a cookie!

Cheddar is now eating a cookie.

Benny: You keep snacks on you at all times?

Cheddar: Yep, it’s my specialty.

Twiggy: What should I do now?

Benny: Move to another unit?

Twiggy: Nah, I like it here.

Benny: Well, you should definitely reconsider.

Twiggy will figure out the housing issue later.

Twiggy: Thank you, Benny and Cheddar! I’ll figure out the rest of the issue! Take care.

Benny: You too! Bye!

Cheddar: Bye, Twiggy!

Benny and Cheddar left Twiggy’s apartment. What’s next for the hero?
