That night, Carla decided to follow Dean to his home. To satisfy her curiosity, she had to find out what was going on in his life and which competitor he was working for.
She surveilled Dean’s flat and the main entrance of the building, from a park bench a short distance down the street.
Carla observed the non-descript man in his late forties, pacing the street, whilst taking phone calls, during the thirty minutes before Dean emerged from the entrance. She speculated the man was a Private Investigator stretching his legs and fielding clients’ calls, whilst working on a case.
