The Opposite of The Sun...

The sun was about to set while his eyes were watching it sadly.. Its rays flashed in his eyes as he bid its farewell.. It was a beautiful and gloomy sight at the same time.. the sun was setting.. setting and taking his soul with it.. there it hid beyond the horizon.. and there he breathed his last..

The sky repeated the echo of that cry..

Where will you reach, O cry?. Where to?..

her heart sobbed as it watched the features of that smooth and empty face at the same time.. a dead face.. a face that was the mold of a heart that left the place..

left the time.. left, as if it had never been!

She could not stare at him for long.. It was clear that he had lost the most important thing in him.. That he had become nothing... But where is he lost?.. Where is my love lost?.. That young woman ran away from the destiny

that did not try to catch her, because it was holding her neck and riding on her back..

But something else was clinging to her chest.. That was her baby.. the baby of her and of that lost beloved.. The beloved whom she imagined that she had seen his ghost leaving that body, accompanied by that sun that set behind the horizon..

She ran and ran until she fell because tiredness, but her eyes were attached to that mountain.. the mountain that hid that sun.. she whispered in the boy's ear as she washed his naive smile with her tears:

- Why did you shine as long as you will set?.. Answer me.. why???

He did not answer as the mountain answered with its echo:

- Why why why???

And for moments, the place was silent except for her gasps, then after two hours she came back to her senses and rose sluggishly to say goodbye to the body of the beloved lying on the dewy grass.. Yes, it was spring before the sun went down..

She

approached,

staggering

steps,

scattered by despair in the darkness when she shivered and fell in terror after being attacked by a shriek black.. She caught her breath to realize that it was a crow and whispered in the ear of the boy who burst into tears:

- No... it was just a crow... just a...

She did not complete, but ran in terror..

She ran those few steps to her husband's body.. Among the bloody tears she shouted:

- Noah... get away from him!

They did not listen to her words, rather they did not hear them while they were

quarreling over food, they were too busy to notice her frightened cries.

Those insolent birds went too far and hit her.. then went further and expelled her..

The old woman did not think before getting some milk and eating for the stranger,

her

astonishment.. Her eyes were silently blank.. The old woman retreated while the stranger uttered a few hoarse words:

- Where does the sun rise?

- From there...

The stranger took off carrying her screaming baby, hugging him among the tethered dogs that howled left and right..

She did not hear them or did not listen to them and crossed...

Hours passed and the sun rose, her shadow was walking behind her as she met the sun, which began to rise quietly in the sky, while two eyes like an eagle were flashing it and her tongue screaming:

- Where is he, Sun? .. Why did you take him then did not bring him back with you?

.. Where did you throw him?!

She stood up waiting for the answer of the sun, which it completely ignored, the sun continued to rise as if it was innocent, but the woman -robbed of her mind- cried again:

- I saw you taking him.. he saw you too..

When the sun did not answer, she added:

- Don't be shy!.. you took Alex.. you took his soul.. come back!

But instead of answering, the woman heard the sound of laughter.. a laughter of a man.. she turned around looking for the sound when she saw a young man leaning on his car laughing sarcastically...

She immediately realized that he was one of the civilians, moments later, he suppressed his laughter and said:

- The sun does not take anyone or any soul.. Hahaha..

- On the contrary, I saw it doing that with my own eyes!

- The sun is just a big celestial body.. So just as a tree does not take a soul, the sun does not either!

When the woman knew that the civilians are more knowledgeable, she remained silent for a while, then said:

- So where did my husband's soul go?.. I saw it ascend towards the sun..

The young man was shocked because he hadn't thought that this austere woman can reply like this, she went on smiling:

- So God should be able to do a bang for recreate my husband if I asked Him, shouldn't He?!

- Enough!!!.. you are talking like if your thoughts are confirmed theories!

- No, simple.. Anyone can notice that!

- Excuse me, dear scientist, I have no intelligence like you!!!

The young man shouted so the baby exploded in terror, the two exchanged looks before the young man got into his car with boredom and said mockingly:

- Anyway, when you find your husband's soul or recreate him as you think , call me.. This is my number!

The young man threw a paper as he drove away, while the woman was busy calming her baby, trying to breastfeed him, had she not found milk to do..

She realized at that moment that she had not eaten for more than a day and realized that she was broke and that her precious baby was in danger, the danger of going like a sunset as his father had gone. . no!

She was confused and then decided to go to the nearest residence, hoping that people would give her something to save her life and her son's.

At noon, the woman arrived a city and stood trying to break her pride and asking for help from people when a boy called her from behind her:

The shopkeeper exchanged looks of astonishment with the young man who worked for him, then said:

The worker young man laughed and said:

The woman sat cramming her baby and trying to summon her husband, but tears took her, she started wailing and tried to ask the Lord to tell her, but she felt that

- I tried, but this only made me cry.. I tried to ask Lord, but I didn't know how.. I didn't know what words to use and then what language the Lord speaks.. Is He looking at me.. Or is He busy now?.. Sorry to bother you, but I think you're definitely getting it all right, so could

you ask him instead of me?.. then give me the answer?

The woman looked at him innocently while the monk swallowed his saliva and then said:

The woman ran out while the monk looked at the cross of the church and wiped his forehead saying:

The woman ran to the east, crossing the city limits at sunset, wading through the wilderness and darkness falling, it was but an hour until night fell, the stars of the bright sky shone, so the woman stood for a while observing the sky before she was trembling with fear when she heard howling from afar..

She threw her legs into the wind and ran..not towards the city..but towards the east!..it didn't take long before she got tired on her third night she didn't sleep, she sat under a tree dozing to the sound of singing crickets and woke up to the sound of howling while the baby between the two was between milk and crying!

Finally, the mother fell from the severity of exhaustion, nothing alerted her, the baby shouted naively, as if calling for his enemies.. Indeed, one of the wolves responded to him!

The latter approached, sniffing and feeling, and stood with his hands resting on the sleeping mother, cursing at the baby. Finally, he raised his head and howled loudly, calling out to the rest of the family. Then the mother moved her eyelids, and the wolf entered her dreams.

She was running in her dreams, fleeing with her son from the wolves, not realizing that the wolf is above their heads, or rather the wolves!

The next wolf howled, the first wolf howled, and only then did the woman wake up and rose up sluggishly, rubbing her eyes, not believing what she saw in front of her:

She looked down swallowing her tears while the wolves exchanged looks, suddenly she

heard a snarling sound approaching from afar; the air was pierced with the sound of bullets flying from a motorcycle rider's pistol that surprised the wolves and stood in front of the woman spraying his bullets left and right until the wolves surrendered and left!

As soon as the place calmed down, the rider took off his helmet and said:

- Although I hear the sound of wolves every day, but I felt that I had to catch up with them since the beginning of this night!

When the astonished woman did not answer, the red-haired young man said:

- Anyway.. who are you and what brought you here?

After a while, the woman stammered:

- I.. I.. I...

Her tears fell instead of her words, so he said to her:

He gave her water, she drank it and said:

The woman fell on the bed from the horror of the surprise, while the old woman smiled and said:

She followed the old woman into the room where they all began to eat. the young man said:

The young man and his aunt swallowed their saliva and did not dare to object.

Then the old woman said after a while, trying to pull her to the chair:

So the woman sat with dozens of thoughts in her head, but none of these thoughts broke her resolve. Indeed, before the sun rose the next day, she bid farewell to the people of the house and left when the young man followed her, saying:

The woman was happy, she thanked the young man very much, then she set out on her new motorcycle, hugging her son tightly with one hand and holding the steering wheel with the other while she was trying to balance her speed.

Within less than an hour, she reached the next city, but her resolve did not waver, so she crossed the wilderness with her motorcycle from one place to another until she reached another city in the evening, where she had to stop and eat the food that the old woman had provided her.

In the morning, she continued her journey on bumpy roads, she did not think that she had gone astray because she had no destination.. She was speeding with her eyes on the horizon of the east when she heard the sound of a bullet piercing the air, and another from behind her... finally one settled in the wheel of the motorcycle, so the motorcycle started to go to left powerfully

the

woman

squawking and trying to stop it..

She hugged her son tightly and closed her eyes, realizing that the motorcycle was turning to the ground.. Seconds passed before everything was over.

The woman felt a hand moving her, so she woke up and saw a silly face looking at her, then when the sound of laughter came from everywhere, she realized that she was surrounded by a gang of vile men.. So the woman clung to her baby and shouted:

- What do you want from me? .. I did nothing to you!

- Is it not enough that you are a spy then you are lying too?!

- A spy?! .. I was only on my way to the other world!

- The other world?!

- Yes, my husband is there and I must return him as soon as possible.

Immediately the men burst out laughing, unable to control themselves, while a smug young man came up to her and said:

- Well done coming here..we know several ways to get there!

The woman exclaimed happily:

- Really?!.. cool!!

Everyone laughed to the grade that some of them fell to the ground, so the woman looked at them in confusion, while one of the men said to their leader:

- What are we going to do with these idiots now?

- Isn't she the one who wants to reach the other world? .. We will achieve her desire!

At that moment the woman cried, she was resisting the men's ridicule on the one hand and trying to prevent one of them from taking her son on the other:

- The Lord will protect me from you, you bastards.. He will protect me!

The man grabbed the baby and raised it high, saying:

She started crying, trying to get her baby back, while those around her were

laughing.

Suddenly

leader

approached, saying:

Everyone fell silent, the woman took back her baby and washed his face with her tears, then the leader approached her with a smile, saying:

- Follow me so I can show you the other world.

Indeed, the woman followed the leader among the men's muffled laughters and walked for five minutes before they reached a hole where he said:

She approached and said:

She did not finish her sentence, because she had received a kick that threw her into

the hole, she cried and stood up among their laughters, while a mound of dirt hit her head, so she cried, sobbing:

The dirt hit her again and entered her mouth, so she started coughing and screaming, as the baby was crying and screaming, the men alternate between laughing and throwing dirt which climbed over her and started filling the hole.

She tried to grab her legs, to no avail, as the men laughed:

- You almost arrived!

- When you arrive, come back and tell us whether hell is warm or not!

- Send my regards to my late father!

Indeed, after ten minutes or more, the place had calmed down from her cries..

The

men

shook

their

hands

and

exchanged a mocking look. One of them said:

- Did she find her husband?!

They smiled before they heard a suspicious sound.

The woman opened her eyes and tears were flowing from them.. The dirt had made them red.. She was coughing intensely and sharply.

Suddenly, she heard her little baby's crying, so she turned around trying to look for him when she found a man in white clothes around her. Immediately he said to her:

- Are you okay, madam?

- I'm not fine... uh uh.. but I can hear you at least.. uh uh.. my chest is tight.. uh..

- You're right.. Relax, please..

The man said to another, in a dark suit:

- If you were a few minutes late, what we see now would have been impossible!

The policeman saluted and left, then after a while the doctor came out and the woman remained alone looking at the ceiling of the room with her eyes, and at the Lord with her foresight and whispered:

- Lord.. is it time for you to answer me..

where is Alex?.. please take me to him!

Her tears flowed and she lived in her dreams.. After two days, she thanked the doctor and left the hospital heading -of course- to the east..

This time she crossed the border from the designated place as recommended by the policeman.. Within half an hour she arrived the city, where her gaze was attracted by the clear difference in the habits of these people from the Turks. .

She continued her way on her feet, carrying her child in her hands, and finally reached the city market, lost among the vendors who shouted in a language she did not understand..

Worst, the buildings blocked the sun from her, so she no longer knew where she was heading, and then she roamed between the streets, lost between the roads while the place was getting dark..

finally, the woman was left alone with her crying baby in a night has no moonlight even..

As she began to shiver with fear, the orange street lights lit up, she stood facing the wind that started to fly her dress.. The

lights of the city covered the stars of the sky that she had always forgotten about even in the wilderness and the sky seemed black and dark..

She sat on the side of the street, wrestling with fear while the sounds of rats were coming from here and there. Suddenly a group of young men passed by, singing and shouting.

While she was praying to the Lord from the depths of her heart, they were out of their minds singing, laughing, and joking with what they had of food, the woman felt something hitting her, so she closed her eyes, waiting for the worst, but within minutes they had crossed the street to another, and calmness returned again.

The woman opened her eyes, surveying the place with awe, and saw the sandwich that had been thrown into her lap, there her face rejoiced and cried:

- Thank you, Great Lord.. you knew how hungry I was!

She rushed to devour it eagerly and then breastfeed her little baby while a smile invaded her face..

In the morning she came back trying to know her direction from the sun that extended its golden threads and shone, she sat out to walk against the direction of the sun - which ever goes to the west -; the woman sat out to ask people the way to the east!

The worst of it was that the Turks did not sympathize with her. Although they seemed to understand her question, they answered her in their language that she did not understand.. then they passed..

and she stood in confusion.. she did not know the answer to her question!

Finally, she sat under one of the trees, shedding tears as she watched the passers coming and going dozens in one

place.. Everyone was in his interest.. She thought and said:

- Lord.. do you know all these people??..

and you work with your knowledge for their interests before they know it??

At that moment, she felt a hand on her shoulder, she flinched for a moment before hearing a soft voice saying:

- Aha!.. you are the woman I saw in the dream yesterday!

The woman turned to see the face of a young woman smiling and sighing:

- I felt that it was not just a dream.. Please come with me!

In front of that beautiful smile, the woman could not do but trust her and catch up with her, especially, someone spoke to her in her own language!

From one road to another they came to a beautiful garden, the young woman said:

- Please have lunch with us if you don't mind!

The young woman entered a luxurious house, so the woman found herself following her inside, but while she was fascinated by everything around her, she saw the reflection of her image on one of the elegant mirrors and realized how miserable her clothes were. So she felt shyly, she found herself trying to clean her clothes and make her hair wondering about the cause that made a rich young woman looking for her and bring her here.

When the young woman turned and saw her, she said:

The woman did not say a word, but entered the room as if stunned, her nerves trembling as she repeated:

But she showered, put on new clothes, brushed her beautiful blond hair, and came out of the room as if she was another woman, and when the hostess saw her, she cried, putting her hands on her cheeks:

- Oh my God.. you look exactly like the one in the dream.. I can't believe it!

After staring at her for a while, she said:

- Yes .. I knew something from the future before it happened!

- He is the Lord, my lady!.. He helped me in my entire journey from one situation to another and is still doing it.. The Lord knows the dilemmas that await me before they occur to me, and therefore He arranges solutions for me before I arrive!

In the evening, the woman had to sleep at her hostess', who insisted on her emphatically, and when the woman lay

down on her comfortable bed, she was very tight, she wondered suspiciously about the reason that motivates her hostess to host her in such an urgent way.. Is the reason just a dream as she claims??

In the morning, the woman tried to ask her host's permission to leave, to no avail, as she urged her to attend a party with her that would be held at the house this evening.. In fact, the evening came and the guests rushed to the party. The woman sat down watching the guests without inresting in the party, his heart was flapping strongly; will her husband enter if this is really the other world??

Minutes passed like embers, the guests took their positions, their laughter erupted from the right and the left, while the woman's tears ran from her right and left eye:

- He did not enter .. He did not enter .. No!

At those moments, the hostess, with a man, approached the woman, she said to her:

- My dear, this is my brother Hakan, he wants to get to know you.

The woman did not answer, but seemed to be straying and lifeless.. The hostess repeated her sentence, so the woman turned to her coldly and looked sluggishly, then said:

- Sorry, but I was waiting for my husband.

- Your husband??...Didn't you say that he died?!

So her tears started, she went to the door, not turning around or hearing anything..

She wanted to escape from reality with all her strength.. She repeats:

she ran in a straight line to the street, and there she heard a terrible sound of wheels, shrieked and....

The nurse brought him, so his mother hugged him tenderly and sadly while she was looking at the features of his father on his face and raised her teary eyes to say to the nurse

something when she suddenly cried:

The woman almost went mad with happiness.. Words could no longer come out of her mouth, tears could no longer stop as the rain, and the universe could no longer contain her.. Alex.. She saw Alex!!!

While the room was scented with the scent of flowers that were distributed in it, Ahmad and his mother sat next to the bed of the most beautiful flower that her cheeks got pink, and seemed to be a sign of beauty with her happiness!

Immediately she started talking to Ahmad as if he was Alex and showed him the baby. Indeed, Ahmd pretended that he was interested in him and then said:

- Do you know?.. He should have kept my first name since he was born at that time!

- Oh, I didn't notice this!.. Well, no problem.. The important thing is that he will enjoy fatherhood!.. By the way; You are now more handsome than you were when you were Alex!

The naive woman laughed from her heart with a laugh that stole the heart of the one in front of her, then added:

- I would not have arrived here if the Lord had not brought me... Oh, right!.. They told me that the other world is with the Lord...

- Indeed..fortunately, I do not do that, Ahmad!..I only worship the Lord and pray to Him alone and believe in Him a lot.. He knows everything and is always with us!

- Awesome.. that's why he loves you!

- Right? .. Did he tell you that he loves me?

- Oh, it is true.. When the Lord saw people lost in this matter, He sent another prophet who brought people back to their senses, he is the Prophet of monotheism who is called: 'Muhammad' or 'Ahmad'.

- I understand... that's why you called yourself 'Ahmad'.. because you followed this prophet!

- Exactly.. and I invite you for that now, my dear.. I am happy with the wonderful prayer that I have learned and I would you to share it with me and this beautiful baby

too, so that we may all become as the Lord; the God; Allah loves!

So the woman gasped so hard that Ahmad

- Yes.. I was afraid for you because you gasped like that!

- No ..don't worry.. I certainly accepted your invitation .. but your words made me realize an important thing that I missed..

I thought that the Lord had brought me here because I asked Him, but I had not noticed before that it was His love for me that made Him bring me here from the beginning in order that I might know the truth and.....

Mariana was silent, smiling, looking up with her clear blue eyes, then said happily with a cracked voice:

- Your language is wonderful, Lord.. I thank you - my God - for taking Alex!!!
