As Joelle made her way back to work, the day
felt different. The sun felt warmer. Her soul felt
light. She really don’t know what it was but it
was different. She got on the bus and sat at the
back. She glanced out the window while the bus
stopped at every stop. Her foot was tapping to
the music playing on the bus drivers radio. The
light pop rhythm was nice. Suddenly She
realized she was singing the lyrics.
“How do I know this song?” Joelle thought.
She let go of the thought and kept on humming
to the beat. Her heart nearly stopped when she
realized it was her personal words from her
journal.
“OMG! I’m dreaming. Right?” She whispered as
she put her earbuds in her ears trying to ignore
what she had just heard and started scrolling
through Spotify.
And there it was!
A new song by Joonmy called “Made in You.”
She slowly ran my fingers over it. She was
afraid to hear it.
“Just do it.” Joelle thought.
