About the Author: Austin Mitchell is an accountant/auditor by training. He has read hundreds of novels and along the way developed an interest in writing. He has read widely on the subject and has attended a few writing workshops. Uptown Lovers is his send novel. He has since written several collection of short stories, a collection of poems and two plays. He has had several of his short stories published in newspapers in his native Jamaica.
