Income Potential For An eBook

Illustrative Example

Lets imagine you start by creating a short eBook and sell it for just £5 and add £4.97 postage to cover production and delivery of your eBook on CD-Rom from www.kunaki.com you only need to sell 3 copies a day to make £100 a week from it after costs have been deducted. Since it will be your first eBook that isn’t a bad start is it, if it is only available from you and covers a topic of interest or caters to a niche market, some people will be willing to spend whatever you ask for it, do not undersell your material or devalue it.

Alternatively if you have written an eBook of 20 – 30 pages, you can charge £10 - £20 for it and still add £4.97 to cover the items production on CD, you could even charge much more for it but it really depends on the value people perceive from having it, so you will need to experiment with the price. At £10 per copy of an eBook you only need to sell 10 copies to make £100 and that is just selling 2 eBooks a day for 5 days.

Now can you see the income potential of writing eBooks? There are an unlimited number of topics you can write about and all you need to do to find hot topics is search featured listings in the ‘How To’ category:

With the profits you make you only need to invest £49.95 or so for a featured ad to relist your listing for maximum exposure and to be in front of more people surfing ‘How To Guides’ or ‘Information Products’.

An average 20 – 30 page eBook can be written inside 48 hours and that includes doing your research, your only cost will be a couple hours and couple quid for a featured listing on eBay.

What Does An eBook Cost You To Create?

1. A day or two researching and writing

2. Featured listing to reach people

Now if you’re willing to put the time into researching and writing your own eBooks, you can see you can generate a truly amazing income from eBooks and there’s no limit to the topics you can write about.

It may mean you have to sacrifice some TV viewing time to do the research and writing, but it will all be worth it in the end. On the off chance you do get lazy and find yourself sat in front of the TV avoiding starting your first eBook, keep a pad and paper handy to take notes as something may come on that gives you ideas for a new eBook.

As an example you may be watching one of those many property programs like how to buy a house abroad, you may want to record one or take notes on the advice they offer and then create an eBook called: ‘10 Top Tips or Things You Should Do Before Buying Abroad’ and sell it for £5 - £10 with £4.97 postage.

Please note the above is merely an illustrative example and earnings may vary up or down from those featured, do not invest more than you can afford, you alone are responsible for your own marketing. © Simeon Tuitt Direct £100 A Day Secret Blueprint 2009
