ESTIMATING LENGTH
In this Lesson, you will learn how to estimate the length of objects. An estimate is a guess.

Estimate how many paper clips or snap cubes long the book is. Write the estimate on the chalkboard, dry erase board or paper. Measure the book with the paper clips or snap cubes. Write the measurement on the chalkboard, dry erase board or paper.

Estimate how many paper clips or snap cubes long 2 more books are. Write the estimates on the chalkboard, dry erase board or paper. Then write the actual measurements on the chalkboard, dry erase board or paper.
