PART II

WHAT CHANGES CAN BE BROUGHT-IN

THE CURRENT EDUCATION SYSTEM?

Chapter 8

Education system as an enterprise and students its clients

There are two part to Education. First, the  teaching.  Second  and  important is learning. There cannot be  teachers without students. But there are many students without teachers.

The institutions should guarantee their students  something  in  return  for  the fees  paid  to  them.  Then  they  should find  ways  and  means  of  delivering them.

History    data    with    no    current value:

Deliverance  of  lectures,  issuance  of mark-list and certificates cannot form deliverables. Because they have historic contents without a current value.

For example, if you administer a test paper  meant  for  say,  a  tenth  class students,  he  may  not  score  a  much marks  as  he  obtained  as  a  fifth  class student. Generally everything that learnt is forgotten after the examination.

The  guarantee  shall  be,  a  well  paid job that the candidate seek or a sound knowledge  that  would  help  a  student lead a prosperous life after graduation.

How can one deliver knowledge?

It is quite simple. We will dicuss them in the following pages.
