Someone by knowing about the earth leaders would get inspired and motivated. A large number of others would emerge as the earth leaders and contribute to earth sustainability. Therefore the earth leaders should be recognised and their work should be acknowledged and shared widely.

It is common to see that very few people get recognised and appreciated less often. However small one’s initiatives might be for the earth, one should be recognised and appreciated. Every action is equally important for the sustainability of the earth. Symbolically, the earth leader is the one, while climbing a hill, gives hand and pulls the person to reach above oneself. Also mentors those above and below to reach the heights.

Leadership is making everyone a leader

An earth leaders progress is based on self-evaluation and on the proof of achievements seen in results, outreach and outcome.

The earth center will issue the certificates recognising all those who have attended the Geo Spirit Meets as an ‘Earth Leader.’ Exceptionally during major events, people who have contributed to the earth sustainability would be recognised as an Earth Leader.

The Earth Leaders on this earth, that we may or may not recognise would be working somewhere continuously with Geo Spirit.

We need many earth leaders and not just a few for the sustainability of the earth and for our own existence.

The earth center has adopted a process to recognise the earth leaders (which would refine and evolve with time), but this process is not limited, as explained above:

One should declare that I _________ am an Earth Leader, declaring my common goal/s for the earth.’ The goals and respective targets should be preferably from the Sustainable Development Goals. Which mostly address the sustainability, conservation, protection, promotion, adaptation, mitigation, etc. specific to one’s respective activity.

Once self-declaration with will is the strongest commitment. Your word is your power.

Should have attended at least one ‘Geo Spirit Meet.’ Not a necessity for those who have already contribute to sustainable development as per their capacities and potential.

A person who declared the common goals in life and attended the Geo Spirit Meet would be given a certificate as Earth Leader.

Note: The earth leader can lead the Geo spirit meets after attending at least 5 Geo Spirit meets within two years.
