Immersion

There could be several activities to immerse a person with nature by making them create art forms using natural elements. This is also a kind of being conscious with natural elements. Here are some examples:

Rock Balancing

Make the participants select varieties of curious pebbles while transecting a natural area. At the end with them ask them to do rock balancing.

Rock balancing or stone balancing (stone or rock stacking) is an art, discipline, or hobby in which rocks are naturally balanced on top of one another in various positions without the use of adhesives, wires, supports, rings or any other contraptions which would help maintain the construction’s balance.

Painting

Paint on a paper or rock surface using the colour liquid extracted from leaves and flowers; charcoal; ash; coloured clay and other natural mineral pigments. One need not be a professional painter or artist to do this activity.
