Most important will be utilizing the EXECUTIVE SUMMARY slides to show the client the progress you are making against their goals. Think of the “elevator pitch”, but in regards to talking to your client. If you had 30 seconds in the elevator to discuss your campaigns with the client, what would you include?
Here are our tips:
● Include what you have done (a brief summary including metrics and analysis)
● Include what your plans are to do next (action).
● Include what you need from your clients to be
successful(dependencies).
