Lighthouse Client

One of the most important relationships is the one with your clients. This can include many things like strong communications, positive attitudes, allowing both client and agency to be open, it can even be teaching your clients knowledge you know.

You want to ensure that your client is up to date on all your progress. This is key to finding your LIGHTHOUSE client. Here are three tips Logan wants you to know about agency and client relationships.

How to identify your LIGHTHOUSE Client

● Create a new spreadsheet.

● List out all your past clients in the 1st column.

● Title the next three columns prot, ease, and differentiation Now rate each past client on a scale from zero to five in each of the three categories. How profitable was working with the client? How easy was the service to deliver? And how much of a differentiator do you have from other service providers?

Once you find your LIGHTHOUSE client, build your LIGHTHOUSE client with amazing examples that you can replicate, like what we’ve done with the Golden State Warriors.

Build your processes, packages, teams, and content around this and scale up!

● Next, add up the three numbers for each client. For example: 3 + 5 + 2 =

10.

● You should be able to see which client scores the highest and usually the past clients, assuming you can deliver the service with repeatable excellence, is where your LIGHTHOUSE client is going to be.
