This book offers several methods, which are interweaved throughout the chapters. Some can be practiced anywhere and at any time, and, generally speaking, will not take you any extra time. The meditation technique you choose, however, requires you to set aside about twenty minutes a day.
This book has been written as a unified whole, and it’s a good idea to read it in order first. Later you can come back to specific chapters.I won’t ask you to blindly believe in the efficiency of these methods, as this would be quite childish; I only ask that you open your mind somewhat until you try them for yourself, and then arrive at a conclusion based on your own experience. The only thing of any importance is what actually works for you.
