Google, the leading search engine is always looking to enhance the search experiences of its users and that is why most of the user’s prefer Google over other related search engines. Google recently started introducing a new twist to its search results. It will now globally show related search results from Twitter as well. From now onwards when someone starts searching for something in English they will also see search results from Twitters on the search page along with the other results from the web. This is indeed a fascinating addition to the Google search tools as there is plenty of information available on Twitter that the searcher may find useful and may not be present in other web sources.

Google at first started experimenting with this option in May and started displaying results from Twitter in a limited mode. In the limited mode searches made in the US only able to see the search results from Twitter. After satisfying performance there Google then thought of expanding this service to the global users. It now appears that Google will bring this experiment of Twitter searches outside the US and to the desktop.

This type of experiments of Google was first tipped by the people at Conductor when they started seeing the Twitter integration consistently during Search Engine Land within search results from desktop in the UK. You can see how it looks below:
