Hannigan saw the gunslinger stand up and remove the leather thong that held his Colt's hammer in place.
He knew that trouble was coming and he braced himself, the question was who and how many?
The gunslinger hand dropped with the speed of a rattlers strike. What happened next would be engraved in history and the night forever etched in the minds of the onlookers.
For Hannigan everything had slowed down, he watched the gunslingers hand grip his colt and start to pull it up and out of his holster. Hannigan own colt was clearing leather, but what was bothering Hannigan was the second gunslinger was starting to stand up also but his hands were empty, this didn't set well with Hannigans way of thinking, it was stupid or was it?
Two Shots, as the smoke lifted, two men were still standing. Everyone in the saloon looked back and forth between the shooters, not a sound escaped from anyone, you even could have heard a mouse fart.
