There’s an old joke that goes, “How do you eat an elephant? One bite at a time.” The task of making your law firm a hugely successful firm that has consistent million-dollar cases coming in the door isn’t an overnight job. It will take a lot of small bites, just like it will take a long time to eat an elephant.
