I know within a couple of chapters whether I will like a book or not.  This one grabbed me from the start.  Kristina's journey from childhood to adulthood was an emotional rollercoaster. I found myself feeling so sorry for her one minute, then having a giggle the next.  It has real emotion. Her use of humour, in sometimes difficult situations, stops this book from being too dark.  I also felt that I could relate to a lot of the thoughts and feelings Kristina was talking about .The story is quite addictive, and you want to know how it all ends.

Gail C: A fantastic, compulsive and relatable read

Written with a fabulous blend of honesty, humour and irony, Kristina's book had me captivated from the opening page.  My heart ached at the sad parts, I giggled at the funny bits - but above all, I empathised with so much of what she was saying.  As someone who's suffered from crippling anxiety for as long as I can remember, it was comforting to know I'm not alone - and reassuring to see there is always hope.  If we're being true to ourselves, I think we'd admit there's a little bit of Kristina in all of us - and that's what makes this story so wonderfully relatable. 5-stars from me!

From the first pages, I felt great empathy with Kristina as her story reflected many parts of my own life......her writing style immediately engages you and it's as though she is telling you her story "over a cup of tea". Motivational and uplifting, this is a MUST read for anyone who believes their dreams are destined to remain unrealised and that you CAN and SHOULD reach for the stars.

Superbly written book.  Hooked from start to finish, waiting to see what happens next.  Easy to relate to events and situations.  The humour throughout keeps the book light-hearted even when serious issues/events unfold.  Well worth a read and would highly recommend.

Page turner!!  Easy to read, hard to put down.  A fascinating life story with many ups and downs that make you happy and sad and a familiarity book to your own struggles and triumphs echo through the whole book.  Definitely recommend!
