Based on the facts, the trends, and the current situation, these are the starting points for the coming years:

We must invest in YouTube, because many Google and YouTube users visit this platform to find information. The University’s YouTube channel must be a perfect search engine if people interested in the UG want to gather information on various subjects.

The creation of a YouTube strategy is necessary, not only to determine the objective and the set-up of the channel but also to draw up guidelines for videos and descriptions, which must be met before they can be published on the platform.

We must reduce the number of admin roles to create more overview, structure, and consistency.
