20-44 Normal Range

45-59 Mild to Moderate Anxiety Levels

60-74 Marked to Severe Anxiety Levels

75-80 Extreme Anxiety Levels

 

Normal Range

If you scored up to 44 points that means that you experience low levels of anxiety. You may have felt inclined to read this book because you felt a sudden spike of anxiety. If this was caused by a specific event like, for example, an upcoming public speaking event, you can learn tactics that will help you deal with these specific issues. Breathing and muscle relaxation exercises will help you relieve stress.

Mild to Moderate Anxiety Level
