Video Process For Large Scale Video Editing

This will be the set-up for the designated project editors, this will allow us to scale as we move forward with large scale projects similar to Fiverr.

I. Create a project folder:

BlitzMetrics Drive » Vides » Large Scale Projects Folder

II. Within the Project Folder, create the following folders:

2.1 - Title: RAW Video - This is where all the RAW files will be uploaded.

2.2 - Title: Assets - All assets, lower thirds, introductions, bumpers, and other materials will be saved in this folder.

2.3 - Title: Edited Videos - This is where all iterations will be saved (following our standard naming convention). Each video must have a Revision number and date when it was uploaded at the end (IE: Leads Course, Lesson 1 - Chapter 1_ Revision 2_03-05-2019).

Title: Old Revisions Folder - Create this folder within the Edited Videos folder. This will house the older revisions of edits.

If you make a new version, it must be renamed to reflect the revision number (ie. “Leads Course, Lesson 1 - Chapter 1_ Revision 3_03-09-2019”)

Following #CCS will prevent delay and the occasional mishap of starting from scratch in case of employee termination, emergencies, or vacations. This ensures that we have the most recent content and assets in case someone needs to step in.
