her sigh of relief, knowing that he made it after all. This was the first time she was getting to see him perform live on stage.

“Good. It’s already been five performances. Oakley’s crew are just wrapping up. I’ve got all my friends and a few other strangers routing for you from up here in the V.I.P.” She had been discussing with a couple of her friends how excited she was for Scotty to be performing at the Paridosa show and in the Blue Saxophone. She really sold “The Pharoahtics” brand well.

“Thanks Annie. Hey let me get back to you later alright?”

“Sure but just know that if you want to join me up here there’s a spot for you right next to me.” Scotty smiled to himself, thinking about how lucky he was to be with such a girl. The thought of being with all her friends terrified him a little.

“I’ll let you know what I decide after the performance.”

"Alright love. Break a leg.” The phone cut before he could say thanks and soon he was winding through
