SNACK – CARROT FRIES
Ingredients:
122. 1 pound fresh carrots, cut into fries
123. 2 tsp olive oil
124. 1/2 tsp salt
Directions:
Place carrots in a baking pan.
Drizzle with oil (to prevent burning) and sprinkle with salt; toss to coat.
Bake, uncovered, at 450° for 10-12 minutes or until crisp-tender.
