CONCENTRATION
The next benefit yoga gives is it improves our
concentration abilities. In modern times we are
so much disturbed by technology and choices
that we can’t focus on one thing for more than
a few minutes. Innocent as it may seem, the
lack of concentration makes us jump from one
idea to another and doesn’t let us finish
things.
Working on concentration in balancing poses,
meditation, pranayama, Trataka (or gazing at
one point without blinking the eyes), we bring
in the focus into the other duties we perform
during the day and, certainly, become we more
efficient.
