Ingredients:
8 ounces Cream Cheese 1 egg 1 1/2 teaspoons Vanilla 1/4 cup peanut butter4 splenda packets -- (4 to 5)
cupcake baking cups/papers 1 dash sugar free chocolate and/or caramel espresso syrup (Optional)
How to Prepare:
Mix all ingredients together well (approximately 5 minutes). Distribute evenly into 6 cupcakes. Bake at 325* for 40-50 minutes until
golden brown. Let cool completely, and keep refrigerated.
