How to Prepare:
You will need: Cream
Cheese (I use cream
cheese
with chives), Low carb
tortilla, Roast beef, 3
asparagus spears grilled.
Place in oven on cookie
sheet and spray with olive
oil and sprinkle with
pepper. Bake for about 10
minutes. Spread cream
cheese on tortilla, add
asparagus and roast beef.
