Open Faced Roast Beef Sandwich

Ingredients:
1 loaf Better tasting protein bread -- (10g carbs)Cut into
8 slices
4 pks budding roast beef or
deli beef -check
carbs! -- sliced thin
4 ounces muenster cheese
-- cut into 8 slices1/4 cup onion slices 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 tablespoon mustard
1 tablespoon horseradish
sauce -- more or less to
taste

How to Prepare:
Preheat oven to 350f. Spray a cookie sheet with cooking spray.
Place the slices of bread on the sheet and bake for
10-15 minutes or
until bread crisps up a bit. Mix mayo, mustard and
horseradish. Spread on
each slice of bread.
Layer beef, onions and
cheese on slices, and
return to oven for approx 15 minutes or until hot and cheese is melted.
NOTES : Budding roast
beef is 1g per package; protein bread is 10g per loaf(I'm adding in the egg white powder count at .5g per tablespoon).
I added the protein bread to my MC as "better tasting protein bread"
and 10g carbs per loaf:) I added "budding meats" at 1g per package:)
