Ingredients:
1 cup mayonnaise ½ cup heavy cream
½ cup water 1 tablespoon vinegar
1 tablespoon dried chives 2 teaspoons garlic powder1 tablespoon dried parsley ½ teaspoon paprika 1 dash cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon celery salt ½ teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon onion powder
Mix everything well and keep refrigerated. Makes about 2 ¼ cups.
