Bell Pepper Dip
1 large green bell pepper
1 large red bell pepper
1 large yellow bell pepper
1 cup sour cream
1 cup mayonnaise
2 tsp. parmesan cheese
1 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. parsley
1 tbsp oil
- Cut and remove the seeds from the peppers. Chop the peppers into small pieces and saute in heated oil for 5−10 minutes. Remove from heat and place in food processor or blender.
- Add in all ingredients and blend until smooth.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
