16. Beer n Brats

 

Ingredients:

 

1 large green pepper and 1 large red pepper

1 can of Frank’s kraut

1 can of beer

10 bratwurst

Directions:

 

In a large roasting pan, chop up 1 large green pepper and 1 large red pepper.

 

Add 1 can of Frank’s kraut, 1 can of beer, and 10 bratwurst.

 

Roast in an oven at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

 

Serve in buns with ketchup and mustard and additional kraut.
