Mustard Seeds 1 tsp.
Urad Daal 1 tsp.
Chana Daal 1 tsp.
Cashews handful
Raisins handful
Turmeric pinch
mixed vegetables. 1 cup

Preparation• Cook rice.
• Heat oil and add all other ingredients except for the lemon. Fry as appropriate.
• Mix stuff in pan with rice. Squeeze the lemon and add the juice to the rice.
