Coconut Chutney - North Indian (fresh)

Ingredients:
3 tbsp. coconut, shredded
1 inch fresh ginger, chopped
1 fresh green chilli
1/2 bunch cilantro with stems and root removed
fresh lemon juice
salt to taste
