1/2 c. (2 oz.) grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. paprika - 1/2 tsp. salt - dash of pepper
2 1/2 to 3 lbs. fryer chicken, cutup
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 tbsp. milk
1/4 c. melted butter
Combine cheese, flour and seasonings. Dip chicken in combined egg and milk. Coat with cheese mixture. Place in 8 x 12 inch baking dish. Pour butter over chicken. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour
