3 frying chickens, cut up
Salt and pepper
1 1/2 c. concentrated orange juice
1/2 c. chutney
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Dash thyme
1/2 tsp. curry powder
1/2 c. almonds, slivered
1/2 c. white raisins
Season chicken with salt and pepper. Bake at 400 degrees for 45 minutes. Drain liquid. Combine orange juice, curry, chutney, cinnamon, and thyme. Cook 10 minutes. Pour sauce over chicken. Add almonds and raisins. Marinate 24 hours. To serve, heat thoroughly in a slow oven. Garnish platter with bananas, pineapple and mandarin oranges.
